With many people unable to travel to their homes due to lock downs and many missing out on the celebrations while adhering to social distancing, Raksha Bandhan in the times of COVID-19 was way different this year. Leveraging FarEye’s leading predictive logistics platform, Blue Dart, the leader in the express logistics industry, ensured timely, seamless, and contactless deliveries across the nation on the occasion of the popular festival, allowing people to celebrate with the same fervor and joy.
Rakhi packages constituted 11-12% of Blue Dart’s total retail store shipments. Using FarEye’s technology platform, Blue Dart made Rakhi deliveries all across India to help families stay connected despite the physical distance.
